Great sushi bar, intimate setup. We sat at a high table it you can sit at the bar and order directly from the sushi chef.
Sushi quality is great, portions are decent, service is perfect.

My husband and I were at Sandals la toc for our Honeymoon, we loved it there. Specially Soy sushi, it was our favorite restaurant there (& maybe the best sushi we’ve ever had) Reynante was the chef who made our orders so yummy and extra special! he was really kind and made us a special honeymoon plate🤍 I recommend him and this restaurant 100%

Soy was our favorite restaurant at Sandals Grande St Lucia! The Salmon Lover roll and the Crispy Philly roll were some of the best. The tuna and salmon nigiri were also excellent. The mango sorbet for dessert was a favorite of the group. We were a large group of 8 people and they don’t take reservations, but they still sat us with ease. A must go during your stay at the resort!

This was the main great thing at this resort! :) the staff was beyond friendly and the same with their quality of food and views! They easily went beyond expectations and made our trip that much better!!

Beautiful views, great sushi for a dinner appetizer or full meal. Kudos to Michael who is staying busy keeping tables moving and the chefs who are a great meal.
