Fantastic center! The team is very professional yet incredibly friendly and welcoming, and there's a great atmosphere.

I'm in my fifties and I'd like to get back into shape just to take care of my tired body.
I tried the "Lagree" machine. From the very first session, you can feel it working. The exercises are slow enough to properly position your body, which gives a safe and effective feeling. It's a dynamic core workout, stretching the muscles while respecting your body's limits, pushing you to your limits. The muscle soreness confirms it.
I'm convinced, and not only will I be taking sessions, but I think I can recommend it, especially since Gery is an attentive and motivating coach. It's the perfect combination to motivate yourself to stay in shape, tone your figure with beautifully defined muscles, and gain even more flexibility.

Alexandra is simply amazing! I'm getting my permanent laser hair removal done with the Soprano machine, and honestly… what a joy! It's super effective from the second session, practically painless, and she makes you feel so comfortable. Always smiling, gentle, and professional, she really takes the time to explain everything and make sure you're comfortable. The results are fantastic. I highly recommend her; go for it without hesitation!
