We booked the VIP service for the transfer in St Marteen and the service was absolutely exceptional. We were greeted by Adrien who was charming and nothing was too much trouble. He went to get our bags for us which unfortunately has not arrived after our long haul flight (through no fault of his own). We made our transfer and he has been in constant communication since with regards to the location of our bags and has tracked them and put them on a flight to our end destination in the Virgin Islands. Not having to deal directly with Air France and wait on hold has been worth its weight in gold and i cannot recommend Adrien and the overall service more highly. Bravo

Best money we have spent on travel.
Going someplace new is daunting.
Finding one familiar smiling face in the crowd is so helpful. Guidance is so relieving.
Adrian on the St Martin side was there for us each time. A pleasant young lady (so sorry I didn’t get your name) and Romain got our luggage to and from the hotel.
They helped me plan my flights get through immigration and handle our luggage. All the difficult parts of travel… wonderful.

We had a horrible experience as we transitioned from st Barts through st Martin. The agent was rude, aggressive and, never checked our bags onto our next flight. We had to miss our connection to find our bags which we found back in the terminal.
Users be aware and make sure and stay with your bags when they get checked on the next flight and get your bag tags.
I complained and the company has not responded!

My wife and I visited St. Barths for the very first time, we chose to keep it safe and book a VIP service with RWAY. And let me tell ya, it was the best decision we did for the whole trip.
We arrived via Sint Maarten on American Airlines, when we disembarked and got to the arrivals area our greeter was there ready with a sign. I felt instantly at easy, Leann was a sweetheart and guided us through seamlessly to the waiting area. We setup a helicopter charter with West Indies Helicopters. Our bags were collected as soon as they became available, and we were boarded right away.
Upon arriving in St. Barths little did I know that there was gonna be a whole other RWAY team ready to greet us at the door of the helicopter. Denis took our bags, Astrid cleared us through customs and even advised our car rental company of our arrival. Overall it was a 10/10! Definitely recommend. And definitely doing it again on our way out.

Stephan and the team at St Barths as well as St Maarten did an excellent job in assisting us in our departure and passage thru St Maarten. Our Major Carrier flight to the USA pushed up the departure time by an hour, this caused our WinAir flight from St Barths to be exceedingly tight to make the flight. Stephan worked magic at both ends to ensure our success. There were unfortunately delays with a bus at St Maarten that caused us an approx 15 delay on the ramp, as a consequence our baggage did not get onto the aircraft. David, Julien and Stephan followed up on the process and expedited our bags to us within 48 hours at our door. I would like to thank this team for their work and support on getting out of St Barths. Not every effort will go as smoothly, there will always be challenges but all were handled by this group. Would Recommend!!
