Warning! Do not book a off road rental with this company. They will scam you. We stayed at the Morgan Hotel in Maho Beach which is one of the most reputable and newest hotels in Maho Beach and were referred to this company for a 4x4 rental. They charged $250 per day for rental which we agreed with. They required a $500 deposit. We returned the 4x4 to the Morgan since our flight was leaving that afternoon with the understanding from the concierge that OFF ROAD SAFARI company would pick up the 4x4 later.
Upon returning home, our credit card was charged the $500 security fee because have claimed there was "damage" to the 4x4 when there was not!
I will continue to dispute with my credit card company Chase and Off Road Safari will be hearing from my lawyer and investigator to provide proof of these damages. We took pictures of the 4x4 when we parked it at the Morgan and will include it in our dispute and suit.

Yanik, our driver, was extremely personable and competent. We ran into a large traffic delay trying to go around the northern part of the island, so he improvised and we finished the tour feeding iguanas. I would recommend this company very much.

Not what I expected at all. I found this company through Instagram and couldn’t wait to book my ATV tour of the island. Unfortunately my ATV broke down several times. I had to get a boost at least 4 times. We had an awesome tour guide named JB, that was the highlight of the tour more than anything. Thank you JB for making the best out of our situation.
If you are looking to do an ATV tour I would definitely look elsewhere!!!

Unprofessionally ran business, ATVs in terrible condition, the tour guide was helpful and accommodating. If you’re looking to rent ATVs find another company and stay away from this one!
I had issues with the ATV I was using and the owner (Bobby) was super unprofessional, defensive and tried to divert blame. Avoid this at all cost, he even tried to charge me for the issues on his own bikes.

We wanted to rent a scooter but he said all of his scooters were not in-service so he stuck us with an ATV that was in such bad repair we returned it after an hour although had to pay a half a day. He's unscrupulous, his shop is a mess, his machines were dangerous and his business practices should be illegal. Avoid at all costs!
