The customer service here is quite abysmal. People are rude and behave as if they are doing you a favor. They often have discussions about you when you are standing there and can hear what they are saying. When there are problems with an order it is difficult and time consuming to deal with. I mean days of back and forth. They will often sell you furniture that is problematic knowing that it is. They will try to sell you floor models with little to no discount. My experience here with multiple purchases has been terrible. I have no desire to return here for any of my other home needs.

Nice range of furniture and appliances. Awesome experience as we were allowed to browse while knowledgeable attendants stood ready to assist with any enquiries, and to explain the details of the financing system if needed. Some prices not competitive, but this might be compensated for by the level of choice and service.

It is unfortunate that staff promise delivery dates that are impossible. If I had initially been told that delivery would be about 7-10 days, I would not now be frustrated and expecting a call every day. Good customer service requires honesty!

A bit disappointed in the delivery service. I made a cash payment and told the sales rep the time range in which I would organize to meet the delivery but the delivery didn't come and no one called so that was a wasted day. I called but just got answering machines. So I kept calling. Finally got through and the person said they will call the warehouse and get back to me but she never did get back to me. So I called again and I am here waiting to get an update. Most likely will have to take time again tomorrow to meet them.
Finally received the machine and within 10 months it broke down, they told me it needed a pump and a switch board but they didn't have the parts so I will have to wait 8 weeks for the parts to come in. After the 8 weeks I called constantly to get an update constantly leaving messages for the supervisor but could never reach him and he did not return my calls. I ask for a manager she said it wasn't her department but she would look in to it for me, she never called back either. after a month I was finally able to reach the supervisor who came for the machine. Told me he would try to get it back with a couple days which went on for a week with me calling practically everyday. Each time promising me I should get it that day. The last thing he told me was that the machine had been fixed and they just wanted to do a run through to make sure everything is ok. Still haven't received the machine as yet. This is now 3 months since they officially came and look at the machine and told me it needed repairs. This is just ridiculous.

Customer service was excellent. From the initial sale to the delivery guys. My sales rep Talibah was exceptional. She went above and beyond. Unfortunately I wont be buying anything anything else from them. Did not like how I was handled as a customer with concerns.
