Disappointing experience. The barista prepared my drink before payment was even completed and never mentioned that the combination would not pair well together until after it was already made. After tasting it, the drink was genuinely unpleasant. When I returned to ask for either a replacement or refund, I was denied and told I would need to purchase an entirely new drink.
What made the experience worse was the manager’s attitude during the interaction. The response came across dismissive, and unprofessional instead of trying to resolve the situation respectfully. I understand businesses have policies, but customer service and communication matter just as much as the product.

We visited this location on most days during our stay in Barbados, very disappointed by the customer service and really is a place where service doesn’t come with a smile.
Two stars due to consistent tasting drinks but the location lacks atmosphere and the air con wasn’t working upstairs.
Positives to this place is the parking and the customers are friendly. Needs some serious customer service improvements.

I definitely need coffee in order to survive! I usually just drove by due to the lines but I got lucky today, no lines... Great customer service and the staff is very welcoming. Got a espresso drink and a treat. In desert heaven now.

Shocking behaviour of the stuff!!
Constantly laughing and shouting at eachother making eachother jump when others making hot drink not professional and not safe! Not very relaxing atmosphere!! Barrister don't know how to make a patern on drinks!!

One word - Disappointing. My first time buying something from the store and I was forgotten. It wasn't even busy. 😭😪 After several people got their orders. They finally got to me and not even an apology when they finally remembered. I waited over 15 minutes for a coffee drink that wasn't even blended. The best part of the visit was dealing with the person at check out. Will I be back... doubt it.
