Went to starbucks and i usually only get something to drink but this time i wanted to try a pastry or something to eat and let me say the prices are ridiculous for the quantity of food! Absolutely do not recommend going there for anything to eat especially, howeverrr the customer service was elite. Two barista her name is kay and the other Nia. Nia was very interactive & informative about the food and prices where after she explained the prices n told me that what u see in the display is the actual size, i couldnt believe that’s what they are giving u for your money. Kay made my drink perfect cause sometimes its usually a bit watery. Overall 7/10

We visited this location on most days during our stay in Barbados, very disappointed by the customer service and really is a place where service doesn’t come with a smile.
Two stars due to consistent tasting drinks but the location lacks atmosphere and the air con wasn’t working upstairs.
Positives to this place is the parking and the customers are friendly. Needs some serious customer service improvements.

Disappointing experience. The barista prepared my drink before payment was even completed and never mentioned that the combination would not pair well together until after it was already made. After tasting it, the drink was genuinely unpleasant. When I returned to ask for either a replacement or refund, I was denied and told I would need to purchase an entirely new drink.
What made the experience worse was the manager’s attitude during the interaction. The response came across dismissive, and unprofessional instead of trying to resolve the situation respectfully. I understand businesses have policies, but customer service and communication matter just as much as the product.

I definitely need coffee in order to survive! I usually just drove by due to the lines but I got lucky today, no lines... Great customer service and the staff is very welcoming. Got a espresso drink and a treat. In desert heaven now.

One word - Disappointing. My first time buying something from the store and I was forgotten. It wasn't even busy. 😭😪 After several people got their orders. They finally got to me and not even an apology when they finally remembered. I waited over 15 minutes for a coffee drink that wasn't even blended. The best part of the visit was dealing with the person at check out. Will I be back... doubt it.
