Steps provided excellent customer service when I booked the appointment via WhatsApp, providing relevant information and answering questions. On the appointment day staff were friendly and I was seen to on time. The back massage was just what I needed to release the build up of tension I had and was executed perfectly. A wonderful birthday treat which Steps acknowledged through a surprise! I will definitely recommend Steps to others and will be booking another appointment soon.
