From picking the car up from the airport office the customer service was excellent. The car was clean, tidy and a fantastic drive.
When returning the car, park in the car park opposite office quick check over deposit returned. Thank you Stoutes.

We rented with Stoutes Car Rental for a business trip and were very impressed. The pickup at the airport was smooth and efficient, with staff getting us on the road within minutes and making sure everything with the car was in order.
The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and reliable throughout our stay.
Halfway through the trip we realised we needed to extend our trip, and the process was handled quickly and easily by email, with staff even coming out to us to take care of the additional payment this saving us a trip to their office.
Stoutes is a family run company and it shows in the way they look after customers with genuine care and attention. We would happily rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Barbados.

Exceptional service. Friendly and professional staff, and a new vehicle in great condition was provided. I booked directly with Stoutes, not Expedia or any other OTA. Everything was done via email and an online form they have. Vehicle was dropped off and picked up at our location on the west coast - so we did not need to pick it up or drop it off at the airport. Saw many great spots on the island on our schedule.

We had such a brilliant experience hiring a car with Stoutes. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the whole team genuinely made our trip easier.
Special shout-out to Tico in the office — he was so kind and incredibly prompt with everything, from organising the hire to sorting the pick-up and even rearranging our drop-off. Nothing was too much trouble.
And Shamika, who dropped the car off at our AirBnB, was so lovely. She gave us loads of tips, chatted to us about life on Barbados while she waited for her lift, and just had such a warm energy. She set the tone for our whole week on the island.
The service itself was faultless. They were happy to change our pick-up location at the very last minute, and even tweak the drop-off time slightly — which honestly made the world of difference on our final day.
We’ll admit we were a bit overwhelmed at the thought of hiring a car in Barbados, and Stoutes actually wasn’t our first choice — we were leaning towards a smaller company at first. But knowing what we know now, we’d absolutely hire from Stoutes again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic. If you’re looking for a rental car in Barbados use Stoutes, we had a brilliant experience- not often you use such superlatives for a rental company! But the communication was exceptional, great little Jimney car, really easy pick up and drop off - completely knocks all the big names out of the park
