My family did not stay at the hotel, but recently enjoyed a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch at one of the restaurants. The food was delicious, well-prepared and authentically Bajan. Everything we had was delicious, especially the Bajan soup. Yum! What really made the day extraordinary was the staff. I’ll start with the chef, Yvette, who not only prepared an exceptional buffet, but also took the time to answer questions about her preparations. Shout out also to Tracie, the pastry chef, for her mouth-watering desserts. Special thanks to the hostess, Norene and our server Shanicia (sp) who made us feel very welcomed. Thanks also to the two young men, Redazzo and Wendell, for assisting our mom who was using a walker. I wish I had gotten everyone’s name, but kudos to the entire staff working that day. Everyone went above and beyond to make our day special. Job well done!! One suggestion: It would be nice to have this authentically Bajan buffet offered monthly - at least- and not just for special occasions.

Room - it felt like a small apartment. I loved it. When I go to hotel rooms I usually wipe down surfaces and things im going to use. The room was surprisingly very clean to the point where we could walk around bare foot. Housekeeping comes to clean and mop everyday. They were very friendly and did a great job. However, I wish there was dish soap to wash dishes myself. I also wished the TV was in the bedroom instead of the living room. Additionally, I had a problem with the shower. To get to hotel water, you have to turn the knob all the way around. However, the more you turn, the harder the water comes out and the faster it builds on the floor. You have stop showering every 20 seconds to let the water drain if you are using the hot water. Service - Service was great. No issues. The staff answered my questions and was accommodating. Location - It is far from everything else but I loved that. It wasn't noisy and there wasn't a bunch of people crowding the pool. It was so peaceful and relaxing. There was so much room to walk around. I did laps around the hotel to walk off the food since I got full. My partner has a bigger appetite and did not get full from dinner but enjoyed that there was room to walk around. I'm 25 but I would live / retired here if i could afford it.

3/5 Overall experience We're in our 30s and was too quiet of a place to enjoy. While walking from room to reception, it often felt "too quiet" as if there weren't people around but there were. Im guessing this is a place for you if you’re quiet and enjoy time around retired folk as most activities were catered to that age group. Pool was kinda small and as I said felt wrong to laugh aloud and have some fun.

Stay here prior to a Caribbean cruise the room was a good size and had views of the sea, evening meals were a little disappointing at the buffet by the pool and in the garden where they appeared to run out of food. Located in the north of the island. It was fine for a few days.

The hotel offers a wonderfully tranquil location and the staff are both personable and highly efficient. While the rooms are impressively spacious, the decor feels a bit dated and could benefit from a modern refresh to match the excellent service.
