The customer service at Summer Gems is top-notch! The owner/jewelry maker responded immediately to my inquiry via WhatsApp. She was clear and precise and upon creating my requested items, she sent me a photograph of them. She then scheduled delivery. The delivery driver was on time, professional, and kind. The items were already gift-wrapped (as I was giving the items as a gift, so that was a nice touch). If ordering online, make sure you request the dimensions of the items to make sure the size suits you as the items are enlarged on the website.

Extremely happy with my purchase, I contacted via WhatsApp to purchase and everything was sorted very quickly on the date that I needed. I was given updates daily on the progress and even shown real life pictures of my hand made purchase before delivery. Would 100% recommend

I am a long time customer of Summer Gems, I have made presents to friends and myself with their beautiful jewelry. I also placed several orders from overseas to be delivered to friends in Barbados. They provide very friendly and professional services. I know that I can always rely on Kim when I would like to send someone a gift.

I'm so glad that I found Summer Gems, they truly are a gem!
Their hand crafted jewlery is unique and beautiful. I had the the best ever customer service experience with them. A minor issue came up (from my end, not theirs) and they personally went above and beyond to help me in a very prompt manner. Their work is made with love and it shows through their beautiful products. I highly recommend shopping with them and I'll definitely be back!
