Sunbury has a nice tour. The history is amazing and the house furnishings are very nice. It’s a well kept property and worth a visit. We went by on the way back to the airport which is just 10 minutes away.

Really interesting plantation house we visited on a Farewell Barbados trip. Very well maintained gardens and tour of the house was informative if a little rushed.

Very interesting house, it gives you a view on the way of living in the past.
Pur guide was super gentle, gave us lot of interesting info regarding the history of Barbados. There is also a nice bar within the House where you can rest.

We just had enough time to explore the beautiful grounds and visit the gift shop. There is a huge tree called Los Barbados (the bearded ones) the island's namesake. The gift shop staff is knowledgeable about their rum. There were sipping, drinking, mixing, and cooking types. Did not know that. But we did not enter the house.
