Hands down, these are the best rotis in Barbados!
Don't take my word for it, the line for hungry customers is often two rows deep, longer than any other line in the food court.
My favorite is the dahl puri roti, with either lamb or beef, featuring chana (chickpeas) and pumpkin, all drizzled with their signature tamarind sauce and pepper sauce. Top it all off with a refreshing tamarind juice, and you're looking at a very reasonable 24 Barbados dollars.
They're incredibly accommodating – you can request a plate and cutlery or a takeaway box for your convenience.
The rotis are HUGE! Most of the time, I can easily bring half home for another meal.
And did I mention they sell their delicious tamarind sauce by the bottle? You bet!
If you ever find yourself near Sky Mall in Haggatt Hall, do yourself a favor and check them out!

I had the chicken roti inclusive of two vegetables, channa and potatoes, with pepper and tamarind sauce.😋 I love the taste and the size.🤭 Service overall was good. Oh, the sorrel was nice too.

First and last time customer at the Quayside location.
Walked in, was ignored so I greeted the lady "good night" and asked how she was...."good" was the reply with a sour look on her face.
I ordered a goat curry, was interrupted before I could finish. "No goat".
Ok, I'll have lamb curry, "no, no lamb"
So I ask what's left since apparently, I had to guess.
"Chicken or beef" is the sour reply again. I look down and see her attempting to stir the most dry disgusting chicken curry I have seen in my life. Both it and the beef looked like they had been sitting in that Bain Marie for 12 hours at least. Of course I left.
As a local resident this is exceptionally disappointing if this is the level of service you're proving during peak tourist season then good luck to you. I've had better service from my local coconut vendor.

today 25 of March 2024 . my lunch was exceptional I usually buy from you guys but who ever the chef was today has done an excellent job preparing the lunch the taste was fantastic. my lunch was a scoop of cou cou macaroni pie , a baked pork chop and salad. I also bought some veg rice and baked chicken for the kids they loved it today
