This new emerged business is quite a nice little treat stop, though not stationed at a location at the moment...this pop-up bake shop provide a little satisfaction when you're having that sweet treat craving on the go. You can find them mostly at events being held across the island as a mobile service selling cute little container packed cakes, then you're given the choice of dressing them up with your favorite toppings included. I've recently had another opportunity to try them at the just concluded Carifesta festival with friendly and helpful staff in a clean and atmospheric environment.
