Cars are in good condition. Everything went as stated on the website. Kason and his team are very professional and helpful. Gave that personal touch to cater for your needs. Prices are probably the best I have seen so far. The experience was effortless. Would definitely be using them on our next trip and I highly recommend using this service.

I hired a Suzuki Swift for the first week of our stay. Excellent service from start to finish. Prompt and efficient communication throughout, even helped with driver permit application when government website was down. Nice clean and well maintained car at a very competitive price. Can highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Barbados Car Rental is an amazing company with an amazing team to do business with. My business venture started off with Kason who I have to say was very patient with me. He answered all of my questions precisely, no matter the time of day. Following Kason I had the privilege to work with Dawn first and foremost her personality alone is contagious, will make you feel welcomed and at ease especially as a first time driver in a different country. Dawn assisted me from before I landed in BIM all the way to when I reached back to the states the epitome of amazing customer service which is scarce now a days.
I admire the professionalism of the company as well as the compassion they have for their customers. Right off the back you will not only receive all that you need for the rental but they go above and beyond by giving their hires advice on how to handle the road especially the roundabout. They are also VERY understanding and reasonable. Clearly I can go on and on about my amazing experience with Barbados Car Rental but I'm sure you've gotten the point. When ever you are in BIM I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BARBADOS CAR RENTAL FOR YOUR CAR RENTAL NEEDS 😊

The people were very friendly and helpful, we had a small mix up and they fixed that within a few hours. Brought the new car clean at the place we were staying at. They even upgraded us to a bigger car. They reacted quickly when questions were asked. The dropoff at the airport was good for us. They meet you there and while you unload your lugage they check the car. We would surely rent again at them the next time.
