I had a great lunch at The Big Dipper this week. The patio has a gorgeous view, and it was shady and breezy. We started with a rum punch and a shrimp cocktail, beautifully presented in a martini glass with a delicious homemade salsa. Followed up with fresh grilled tuna in a yummy garlic butter sauce, crispy roasted potatoes, and a generous portion of local veggies. I enjoyed every bite, and I'm going to come back for another great meal and a sunset view!

We went to the big dipper last night, The food was absolutely incredible. I had the lambic curry, And it was some of the best conk I’ve ever had in my life!
Rashida, The restaurant owner is the most friendly person. The service was on point, The views are absolutely incredible.
You’ll definitely be seeing me again!!

Had a family dinner here and enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, good music which wasn't loud, there is also a beautiful view especially as the sun is setting.
Ordered the lobster and the grilled chicken, both dishes were delicious. Service was amazing and the food was made with love.
We ordered lobster to takeaway on a separate occasion.

Not enough superlatives to describe Big Dipper, Rashida's food and welcoming nature....she's like a little sister to me and treats others as new family.
It's located in Woburn about 10-15 minutes from town and worth the short journey.
The location looking over Clarkes Court Bay, Petit Calivigny and Hog islands is a picture to savour in itself as you eat real local food served with a smile, genuine friendliness and a desire for you to enjoy her delicious food.
It's a locals place and decorated as such with an eating at home vibe to it which adds to the authenticity as a Grenadian restaurant.
The menu is small which ensures quality and she serves without a doubt the softest Lambie/Conch on this and any other island I've eaten it on it even tasted as good as my mothers and I can't give a better endorsement than that.
Best time to go is just before sunset to enjoy the myriad of colours it puts on display.
My advice is just go and experience a little slice of heaven in the bigger slice of heaven that is Grenada.

I went to this place twice because the food was good but unfortunately the second time the bartender took my phone to put the wifi password in and took a very long time to tell me the wifi wasn’t working and meanwhile he was hacking my Whatapp account and opened it onto his tablet by scanning a code from my phone . He later threatened to expose my private pictures if I didn’t pay him. I told him I was going to call his wife and tell her what he did and he logged out of my account . Big travel tip never hand your phone to any one for anything it’s pretty sad because I decided to support this local business twice and leave a very good tip just to scammed
