The Black Palm on Sint Marteen was an amazing experience that my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend! The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped. Mathilde and Kevin of MK Concierge were always available and very helpful. The view from the large deck off the apartment of the ocean is so spectacular it is hard to describe! We spent hours just enjoying sailing regattas and cruise ships and sunsets. You can walk to beautiful Indigo Beach and the adjacent restaurant easily. We visited Indigo Beach restaurant several times as the food was awesome! Great getaway on the beautiful island of St Marten/Sint Marteen!!

This is the most beautiful and luxurious place we've ever stayed at, at this price range. Apart from some noteworthy mega mansions, this is easily the best place to stay on the island. Very clean and safe, with its own parking and easy access to restaurants and other good beaches (like the nearby Divi Beach). The manager was very friendly and accommodating, and the staff kept the common areas and the pool impeccably clean. You'll have no regrets choosing to stay here, and frankly, you'll find it hard to believe how beautiful it is! Our apartment had a terrace overlooking the bay, and we watched the sunset from it every day.

What a wonderful place to stay on St. Maarten! We’ve been to other Caribbean islands and this was our first trip to SXM and not only is the island beautiful, but staying in Indigo Bay was great. It is pretty secluded and the entire access to the bay is “gated” with a security person which provides some comfort. The complex has six units and when we stayed, there were very few guests. The infinity pool is just the right size and depth, and Liz (manager) was super-helpful and supportive—especially when we locked our car keys in our rental car trunk. The Black Palm units all are modern and tastefully appointed—and the views are second to none! The area is quiet and the restaurant at Indigo Bay is very good. Between the beach at Indigo Bay and Little Bay (the Divi rents chairs and umbrellas for the day and the snorkeling off the beach to the sunken helicopter is awesome), no reason to go anywhere else.

Extended my trip 3 times!!! Says everything there is about to say about the Black Palm. I was anxiously looking for a private & peaceful atmosphere to practice my morning mediation with a unbelievably view and I found it. Indigo bay was exactly the place I was searching for & The black palm did not disappoint. The villa was centrally located to all the best restaurants and I always felt safe.. Security and your own private beach away from the tourist is a definitely a vibe. The host went above and beyond to make my stay extremely comfortable. The island would would lose power our villa always had power. Big plus! Stay here and you will never want to leave. Take my advice and book this villa you will not de disappointed. Brand new villa! Hidden gem for sure and such a vibe.

Excellent location for families, very close to one of the nicest beaches in sxm. The owners of the villa and the manager (Lize) is extremely professional at what they do. Anything you are missing or needing they would be right on top of your requests. Highly recommend booking this place directly from their website instead of using online 3rd party reservation websites, who knows you may even get a better deal :) it’s a win win situation.
