This natural inlet of water into the center of Bridgetown runs through from the Caribbean Sea connecting with the Constitution river as it dissipates into the outskirts of the city.
Many small and medium sized pleasure boats are docked here as they lined the waterway of the Careenage.
A beautiful boardwalk for pedestrians with seating lined the stretch for a relaxing stroll while taking in the views of the water and surrounding historical buildings.
