Tishawna is truly one of the most skilled massage therapists I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Her passion for her profession is evident in the care and attention she brings to each session. She takes the time to understand and respond to my body’s needs, and her work has significantly alleviated the stiffness in my shoulders. Just had a hydra facial at the Da Vinci Centre. It was awesome. My skin feels so smooth and I can see the difference already. The service was amazing and the massage I got while my mask was on was really nice.
Can't wait until my next appointment.

Gavin is great at what he does! I have recently tried acupuncture with him in an effort to reduce severe pain from rheumatoid arthritis and I am very pleased with the results. After 6 treatments over 4 weeks, my pain has already reduced by around 75%! Gavin is very knowledgeable, caring and empathetic, with a reassuring manner that immediately put me at ease. I definitely recommend his services.

I have been coming to Da Vinci Centre for a few weeks now. The chiropractic services have changed the way I cope with work related pain. Dr. Spence has helped me adjust the way I stand and sit to prevent further injuries. I would recommend anyone who deals with back pain to book a consultation!

I travel to Grand Cayman biannually from Minnesota/the United States. Usually my trips are relaxing, but this time I managed to mess up something in my back quite significantly. Da Vinci, and Dr. Spence, were able to see me the day I scheduled the appointment (today). I was in surmountable pain with limited cervical-thoracic mobility. Dr. Spence listened to everything I said, my concerns, etc. He made quite a few adjustments, coupled with massage, and following this appointment I had a deep tissue massage. Dr. Spence was also very personable and empathetic. By the end of today, I am in much less pain and can move again more freely. I am anxious to get back to diving.
Needless to say, this will be our go-to place whenever we visit the Caymans. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience!
