Our room was amazing in size and layout. There are some deferred maintenance issues inescapable and common to oceanfront properties.
However, the issues that were presented were minimized by the staff service which was excellent.
Last year Tamika was extremely professional and helpful. This year she was once again very helpful and nice. Shareen came to the property a few times and addressed some of our concerns. The biggest issue was a broken washing machine that could have been a nightmare. Shareen made certain our problems were solved, all the while being friendly and professional. She was wonderful.

We loved staying at The Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa. We booked a 2-bedroom villa overlooking the pool. The views, beach, staff, Yachtsman Grille, etc. were all phenomenal. We would love to make Nevis our vacation from home here always.

We LOVED this place! It was our 1st time visiting Nevis and we chose this hotel for its villas and restaurant, Yachtsman Grill. The villa was on the ground level, just off the pool. It was a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with modern kitchen and a very comfy vibe. We spent every day on the beach, had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Service was exceptional! The food was very good, especially the lobster pizza with all the seafoods.

Great place to stay. Very nice rooms, easy access to the beach, and nice on premises restaurant. The chef at the restaurant, Allison, really went overboard for us. We caught 4 lionfish while scuba diving and she cooked them up for us, 2 grilled and 2 breaded. What a feast!

We rented this place for a week in March 2024. We had a beach front 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was large, tastefully furnished, and bright. Large balcony overlooking the ocean and St Kitts mountains was unbelievable. Each bedroom also had its own balcony which had a view of mount Nevis. The property is a mix of rentals and owners (expats). Great for families. Quiet and safe. There was daily room service. The experience was great -- barring one day when Nevis water supply to the area was suspended for 6-7 hours.
