On, Tuesday 19th May 2026 I had the pleasure of visiting the Health & Wellness Physios Inc. booth at the Blue Wellness Village, hosted by The Diabetes and Hypertension Association of Barbados and wow, what an absolute pleasure it was! I truly enjoyed every moment. From being encouraged to better manage stress by identifying ‘pre-stress symptoms’ which, once treated, will aim to eliminate actual stress symptoms - to doing an internal and external body scan to ‘identify areas of the body that feel tense or tight’ - to engaging in a therapeutic meditation session. Oooo what a great evening it was. I would highly recommend the Health & Wellness Physios Inc. for Workplace Wellness; truly the best. Many thanks again to physiotherapist Marita Marshall and the Health & Wellness Physios Inc.

The D-stress Box is everything they said it is lol . Coloring is very soothing was a bit shy to purchase it at first but when I did, I realize it was worth it ❤️
