We stayed prior to taking a cruise from San Juan in April 2026. We were exteremly pleased with our experience. We stayed on the first floor - there were reviews that suggested it was noisy, all we heard was chatty guests talking in the lobby, but not after the posted quiet hours.
The room was very clean and comfortable and very convenient to both the airport and Pan American terminal. The neighorhood felt very safe.
The front desk staff was very helpful, giving us good suggestions for dinner, grocery (and wine) shopping, and directions to a great beach near King's Court that was about a ten minute walk on Sunday morning.
They really do have yoga classes on Sunday mornings!

Mixed experience overall. The hotel is newly renovated, so it looks clean and modern, which is a big plus. Service was great during my stay. Rooms are on the smaller side, though, which might be a downside for some.
For San Juan, where hotels can be expensive, this one is fairly priced and offers decent value. Not all rooms have a microwave, but there’s one available on the terrace if you need it.
Location is very convenient right between Old San Juan and the airport, so getting around is easy.

The price was right and the accommodation of a very late check in was appreciated. The pre-check in and communication was excellent.
The room was clean and minimalistic which was great for me. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked amazing cooling the room in very short order. Loved that since I arrived quite warm.
The sound proofing needs work. I should have figured when a complementary set of ear plugs were provided. I could easily hear people walking by and conversations were like they were in the next room.
All in all, I’d stay here again.

FANTASTIC hotel, with kind staff, immaculately clean rooms, easy street parking, safe neighborhood with groceries/restaurants/gym nearby, and a working space on the top floor if you need to take calls before/after check-out. Loved every bit of it! Super fair pricing as well.

We loved this place. We needed somewhere to stay for one night because we arrived in the area on a late flight. They communicated clearly with us about how to access our room after office hours, and the process was seamless.
The room itself was cute, clean, and well organized. We were also able to find street parking easily, even late at night. I would definitely stay here again. 😊
