I’m visiting from the United States and yesterday I was there with friends trying to have a good time. When we arrived one of the male servers made a comment about knowing a friend of mine. My friend was confused and thought he was joking. Another server then began to seat us but for some reason they ceased service and did not provide menus or pricing. Another male server came our table next to the water to say that they refused to serve us because supposedly my friend owed money to another server. I’m confused because obviously this isn’t something that would happen in the U.S. When my friend went over to speak with them there was so much confusion and chaos. I joined them to figure out what was happening and the manager was explaining that maybe we have some doubts about the veracity of the story of the male server who made the claim. We ended up leaving that location for another one where we received better service. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth considering I came to have fun, eat and spend money. This almost ruined our afternoon but luckily once we arrived at the other restaurant everything was fine. I will never consider this location again in the future. What happened to us was extremely unprofessional. And as a business owner, I can’t understand for the life of me why a restaurant would let a server run the show like this. I do not recommend this place. Save your money. Save your time. Go somewhere else.

It was a truly awful experience. The waitress who served us was incredibly rude, and when I asked about the orange juice, she said she'd find out how they made it. Not only did she not tell me, but she brought it to me without my asking, and then when I told her I hadn't ordered it, she charged me anyway. And be careful with the menu prices because they're not what you'll actually be charged. Supposedly, the machine generates them, so they can't change them... but they don't tell you that the price on the menu when you order isn't the final price. They only tell you that there's a 5% surcharge if you pay by card.

We went with locals and spent the afternoon and had dinner for just over 2900 pesos for 5 people, including a 500-peso tip. The beach had some trash, quite a bit of seaweed, and the music was too loud. Otherwise, the afternoon was perfect.

An excellent place to share with the family, with an excellent sea view and excellent service. I recommend the waiter Vicente.
