The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was exactly what I was looking for. Just a couple mins walk to the town. Great view. Clean and vey nice . I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Will be my place to stay upon returning to the BVI.

Newer hotel, very comfortable just a bit far from the action without a car or having to take a taxi. Highly recommend.

I thought this place was walking distance to town but it isn't. The room, although huge, has curtains that don't cover the windows. You hear roosters constantly. There are pubic hairs all over the bathroom and bedroom floors. There is no breakfast so you need to spend $7 and get a cab to get some breakfast. I walked to town but I didn't feel safe since the roads are very narrow without a sidewalk and people drive fast.

It is very nice hotel and spacious room with two queen beds. It is very clean and nice air conditioning. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants and shops nearby. You have to walk down the street to Road Town within a walking distance about a few minutes. There is no sidewalk. Beware the oncoming cars. Be advised to take taxi cab during night.

Note: if you book through Chase/Expedia be sure to call and confirm your reservation. They were unable to locate mine even with the confirmation number but honored the booking, thankfully! 💯 We had a really lovely stay here the night before our sailing charter. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well cared for, and appointed. The coffee bar included lots of tea options and instant coffee. The bathroom featured a nice in-mirror light for putting makeup on, hairdryer, and lots of extra toiletries like a razor and Qtips. Shower was nice and maintained temperature (although our friends in the room one floor up mentioned hot/cold surges). Bed was very comfortable. We stayed on a Friday night and there was definitely street noise from cars revving and racing. I’m pretty sure the whole town heard it though. I brought earplugs and that took care of the problem. The staff were very friendly and one even drove us down to the docks for free out of kindness (the main area is also walkable, about 20 min of flat walking each way). They also helped us call a cab in the morning to get to our charter. For dinner I would recommend Bambushay or The Dove restaurant 😁
