Worth stopping by for a sec if you like history. However, the placard in the Google photo wasn’t there when I went. It would benefit from some contextual signage. Unclear if the house part—which was built within the past 20 years on top of the original stone—allows entry or tours. It was locked and unoccupied during my visit.

Go there for the very interesting tour by Mr. Ivor Hodge. He is there Monday and Friday 10-2, and he knows a lot of stories and history. Highly recommended!
