Go thru the gate to the back, up the stairs to the loft, and you will have one of the best pedicures! My friend loved their massage too!

Rasheeda is a professional with experience and knowledge in how to give a good massage based on your body's needs. She was able to cater for a stronger pressure when requested as well. Definitely recommend her services! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Had a gel polish manicure and gel polish pedicure on seperate occassions. Both times i was very impressed with the service and finish. Nails on both hands and feet lasted well and practitioner was friendly and professional. Would use again and recommend to friends. I would give 10 stars if i could, many thanks :0)

I made an appointment at the Pampered Loft and then visited at exactly the time booked. No-one was there. It turned out that they were there but I hadn't realised I had to go through a closed gate and up some stairs around the back. Perhaps that was my fault, so I gave it a second chance. This time the gate was open and the lady was there but with another customer. I was asked to come back in 15 minutes which I did. Sorry I am not finished! I was told to wait another 15 minutes so I left. The massage may be good if you get one. Good luck!

Such a lovely experience! Highly recommend. Very relaxing and therapeutic. It was a little tricky to find. It is across the street from Orange Street Grocers and above a bakery. Go through the metal gate and up the stairs in the back. ☺️
