One of the most relaxing place to be on the south coast, nice and breezy in the early morning & evening...whether it be for a leisure walk, a jog or just sit and watch the waves lapping the shore.
The boardwalk is quite nice with many restaurants/bars along the waterfront, a pavilion for recreational activities of dancing, exercising or various events on occasions.
A cool spot to watch the sunrise or sunset coming from the west, a maintained public restroom for anyone who visits the area, roadside parking can be limited at any time of day.
As they're many businesses along the lively street, the mall next door would be the best bet for parking...surrounding the boardwalk are many accommodations/restaurants, so quite popular with tourists and locals alike.

A great place to walk along the beach. There are many restaurants along the way to stop for lunch, dinner, or a cold drink. Indigo Blue, a new hotel that opened late 2025 is along the boardwalk and a wonderful place to stay.

It's nice. You get to see planes take off ( and mostly land) into Barbados .
Clean , with the wavy Atlantic. The fresh water points are a nice touch more countries could do with it

Parked at Rockley Beach. Saw an absolutely beautiful sunset. 🙌🏾🙌🏾 Also saw sea turtles hatching. Restaurants are in the strip. Fantastic place to walk at sunset/rise.

Great place to walk or run. Stunning views. Either go early in the morning or after 4pm when it is slightly less hot, remember to carry a bottle of water, you will need it. If walking or running in the evening, stay to view the sunset.
