Waited almost 35 mins for a waiter to acknowledge us and get us seated. I went to the restaurant already hungry, expecting that the service would be quick and that I would be able to eat without much delay. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for almost two hours before the food was served. By the time it finally arrived, my body no longer felt ready to eat. I felt bloated and gassy from the long wait, so I was only able to eat a small portion of the meal.

I have been coming here for years, and they never cease to amaze me. The ambiance is always on point. The food is done to perfection. The prices are reasonable. Quick shout out to Hines, who was my server. He met my every need. He made sure I was comfortable. He seemed honored to be serving. It does hit different when the server has a wonderful personality. He deserves all the stars. I would choose him to serve me again.

Everything about my visit was top-tier. The customer service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from Reneil. You can tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do.
The food was next level. Rich, bold Jamaican flavors done perfectly. From the first bite to the last, everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Honestly, one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.
The ambiance sealed it for me—great music, clean environment, and a lively but relaxing vibe. Whether you’re going for a casual meal or a special occasion, this place hits every mark.

The food was amazing, but the wait time was way too long. The main course arrived almost right after the appetizers, and the drinks arrived midway through the main course. If the food wasn't as good as it was, my score would be lower. And if you're visiting and are a cheese lover, you must definitely get the loaded fries! If their wait time gets better, then they'll be better than Gizmos.
