Vanilla Orchid helped make our wedding day even more special! We highly recommend Vanilla Orchid for any wedding or special event! From start to finish, our experience with Gabbie was exceptional. Since we're from abroad, we started the process entirely over email. Gabbie was incredibly professional, responsive, and friendly throughout. We continued communicating via email and WhatsApp with a phone call along the way and she was always open to new ideas and flexible with our requests. She provided a clear quote upfront and revised it as we expanded the scope of our order. Originally, we had planned to have the venue supply the pastries for our refreshments. However, after being so impressed by Gabbie's work, responsiveness, and professionalism, we reached out to ask if she could handle it, and she absolutely delivered! She produced delicious and beautiful tarts, biscotti, and our wedding cake. She even accommodated our dietary needs by creating gluten-free and nut-free pastries for guests with allergies. The wedding cake was absolutely perfect. It was decorated exactly like the photos we provided, and it tasted amazing!!! There were many flavour options to choose from, and we went with vanilla cake, with vanilla butter cream and passion fruit curd inside. YUM. We hope to have the opportunity to work with Gabbie again in the future. If you are visiting Antigua and Barbuda and have food sensitivities, do yourself a favor and reach out to Gabriella. We were staying at a resort where there were little to no dairy free dessert options, and on a last minute request, Gabriella went above and beyond to accommodate us. She and her family were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely a pleasure to interact with. Not only was the hospitality wonderful, but the baked goods were some of the best non dairy treats I have had in quite some time. We tried a chocolate chip muffin, a lemon blueberry muffin, and a carrot cake loaf, and every single one was absolutely delicious. On top of everything, the pricing was more than fair, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend that any visitors to Antigua, especially those with dietary restrictions, reach out to Gabby to see what she has available. You will not be disappointed. I would have taken pictures, but honestly everything was too good not to dive into immediately. Yes, it was that good.

Her baked items are FABULOUS! We did a large order for your group, including some gluten free items such as cinnamon rolls and banana bread, as well as a beautiful non-gf chocolate cake for a birthday. Guests loved everything! I personally had some of the cake and it was fantastic. She is super professional, punctual, and responsive. She was such a gem to work with and I really appreciated her professionalism. 100% would recommend!

I ordered a cake from Vanilla Orchid for my boyfriend’s birthday, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I had an inspiration photo and Gabbie absolutely nailed it. I struggled to find a bakery in Antigua that could recreate the style I wanted—most places I contacted suggested fondant or printed designs. I specifically wanted a cake that was hand-written and hand-decorated, not fondant or edible paper, and Gabbie delivered exactly that. Her talent truly shows—not only was the cake stunning on the outside, but it was to die for on the inside. I ordered a small two-tier vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling, and my boyfriend and I couldn’t stop eating it. We basically finished the entire cake in two days. Highly recommend Vanilla Orchid if you’re looking for something both beautiful and delicious.

Vanilla Orchid reminds me of Phitons back in the day when he was by Gambles Medical, but better. Their products are amazing. You can tell a lot of love and care goes in to making each item. It's a must try, your soul will thank you.
