I needed a post surgery manual lymphatic drain massage and Astrid referred me to her skilled friend and colleague Deborah. I gave Deborah a call and she was so patient, compassionate, and wonderful with me. I made an appointment for the following day and it was beyond pleasant, I could tell I was in very good, skilled, healing, magic hands. Her massage space is beyond stunning and I look forward to my next treatment with Deborah.

Fiona is not just an amazing physiotherapist that helped me with my muscle problem, but also her energy, sense and gift to read my body and soul, helped me emotionally and connected with me inside and outside. I had such a great experience and it was a physical and mental renewal. I have met lots of physiotherapists in my life since I have been in chronic pain for years. Fiona is the first and only who succeed in relieving me from this pain. In addition to her precise knowledge on human body, she also has holistic approach and good communication skills to help understand where the pain might come from. I’m so excited to share my feedback on my amazing training sessions with Astrid.
No doubt she is part of the « five-stars personal trainer ». The kind who is cheerful, patient while pushing you hard to get you to reach your goal. In addition to her huge knowledge on the body, she provides extremely accurate advises so that you get the full and safe results of the exercise you’re doing.
No matter the body pains you suffer from, the mood or shape you are in, Astrid is such a creative person she can change her early plan and design a new one in a minute. We are talking here of « haute couture » personal training!
