We stopped in unannounced for lunch but we're graciously served fries and conch fritters along with drinks! The staff was very friendly and attentive. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the amazing views and sounds of the surf! Definitely put this place on your list, just call ahead 😀

We can absolutely recommend Thompson’s bar! It is beautifully built with wonderful views (worthwhile going whilst its still bright out). Carlos brought us over by water taxi, and we had an excellent dinner of home-grilled fish and side dishes.

What an amazing experience and dinner! Carlos and his family do an excellent job of making their guests feel welcome. Carlos came to our boat and picked us up for our evening on Thompson’s island. We enjoyed the ambiance before our delicious dinner. Our group had shrimp pasta, lobster pasta, a pizza as well as lobster & fries. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset before Carlos took us back to our boat.
Thompson’s Island was completely destroyed by Hurricane Beryl in July 2024 but Carlos has gotten the restaurant and bar back fully operational. Make sure to plan a visit if you are going to Union Island!! Use WhatsApp to contact Carlos.

Ate here a couple days ago whilst sailing through. The food was amazing, we had one chicken plate and one rib plate, both were amazing. Portion size of the meat was on the small side so get extra if you have a big appetite. Would highly recommend and will stop back by next time we come around. There’s a couple nice tables to sit at In the actual water, what a special touch. Thank you so much!

This bar is a hidden gem which has risen out of the devastation of Storm Beryl. We had an excellent meal of grilled red snapper and bbq chicken all served with delicious accompaniments, plantain, coleslaw, potatoes and rice. We were taxied from our boat by Brian and served drinks including a great rum punch. This was definitely the best meal since arriving in the Grenadines. Thank you to Carlos and his team for their wonderful hospitality. We all wish you well for the future.
