**Rats, Roaches, and Burnt Food** Without a doubt, this was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. We were welcomed by several rats running around the beach dining area, and I even watched one climb onto a table. We immediately panicked and moved to the bar area, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, the food was just as bad. The jerk chicken was completely burnt and somehow tasted like burnt sugar. I honestly don't know how that's even possible. I took two bites and couldn't eat any more. The mac and cheese was cold, dry, and tasted like it had barely been reheated. We also ordered shrimp. It was $26 USD for six pieces, and every single one was burnt. Our bill came to around **$150 USD**, plus an automatic **15% gratuity**. Paying that much for food we could barely eat was incredibly frustrating. To make matters even worse, after we had each taken only a couple of bites, I looked down and saw large adult cockroaches crawling beneath our feet. At that point, we were completely disgusted. We paid the bill as quickly as possible and left immediately. The combination of rats, cockroaches, burnt food, and the high price made this one of the most shocking restaurant experiences I have ever had. We left feeling genuinely disturbed and would never return.

We first visited on Tuesday, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the greatest first impression. It left us feeling a bit unsettled and unsure about returning. However, the next day we decided to give it another shot and asked to speak with the manager, Bryon. Instead of dismissing or overlooking our concerns, he genuinely listened, apologized, and personally invited us back to give them a proper second chance. That alone spoke volumes. When we returned, the difference was night and day. We were treated with genuine respect and courtesy from the moment we walked in. Amanda went above and beyond—she truly listened to our feedback from the first visit and made sure our second experience was nothing short of memorable for our entire family. A huge highlight for us was how accommodating they were for my brother, who is in a wheelchair. They made sure he was comfortable and that the space worked for him without any hassle, which is a major green flag. The team was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well—especially Rico and Z, who made us feel really taken care of. The food itself was outstanding. The presentation was beautiful, and the portion sizes were more than generous. Easily the best food we’ve had on the entire island. Overall, our second visit completely turned things around and left a lasting impression. It was such an amazing experience that this restaurant will absolutely be our first stop the next time we’re in the Bahamas. Huge thank you to Amanda, Bryon, Rico, and Z for going above and beyond!

RATS, ROACHES, OVERPRICED, BAD FOOD The most horrific restaurant experience I’ve ever had. The food is abhorrently expensive. The “coconut shrimp” that costs 26$ USD consists of 6 badly seasoned and badly cooked shrimp. The 30$ USD “jerk chicken” was extremely sweet (for some reason) and burnt to hell. It also came with Mac and cheese which consisted of a brick of microwaved Mac and cheese that is utterly flavorless. And this is just the beginning. If you’re in need of seeing some live animals, this is the place to go! Have no fear because this restaurant is filled with rats and cockroaches. The waiters also don’t really care that they’re there. We saw many rats and decided to move to the bar. That’s when we saw a beautiful roach under one of our feet. That was the last straw, so we went to get the bill without finishing the food (thankfully the roach saved us from the food, so in a way we were glad it happened). The cherry on top. Even after all of that, we (regrettably) decided to pay. We told the waiter that we were extremely disappointed with the food and with the rats and roaches. He told us that he “tried his best” and that he’s sorry, only to include a 15% tip in the bill without even asking us. Do NOT go here, especially at night.

We waited for our food for more than an hour. It started raining while we were waiting and so we went inside but water was seeping thru and leaking from the roof. Lobster pizza is not worth the prize. Too little lobster. Jerk chicken was fine and so is the mahi mahi. But not as tasty for the price. It’s expensive

There are rats EVERYWHERE!! We saw 4 as soon as our food was delivered. The ceviche was tough and rubbery and the hotdog was overcooked. Then the credit card machine was down which they did NOT mention prior to ordering. I didn’t have cash (didn’t know I needed it) so then they made me walk around to look for an ATM instead of allowing me to come back to pay later. Everything was worn out and dirty. Terrible experience all around.
