The garlic sauce is delicious. Fish fresh and seasoned well. When available the lobster 🦞 is unbeatable. Grilled marlin in green sauce perfect. Sides are also great. Plantain and potato wedges a favorite. The homemade rum punches are a good choice. . A great place, great staff and amazing local food dine right.

If you're looking for fresh fish and seafood you must try this local family run restaurant. Having previously managed a seafood market, I have extremely high expectations. They did not disappoint! This was the best lobster I've ever had and it was cooked perfectly!

So far the best I have tasted. The bonanza option was reasonably priced and flavorful. You could taste each seasoning flavor, nice grainy rice, fresh garden salad. And we not forgetting the dasheen that was fried to crisp perfection.

We had dinner at Time on Time restaurant nearly every day during our stay in Dominica. We tried nearly everything on the menu and it was beyond than delicious. The grilled lobsters were the best we ever had.
The octopus and the ribs were also tasty and well prepared.
The place is small so I recommend making a reservation. It’s a family-run business everything is homemade and we loved it. Tyrell and his mum make this place special. On our last dinner, Tyrell let us pick the lobsters we wanted straight from the fisherman case. He knew we were coming for our last dinner and drove to the other side of the island to get fresh and alive lobsters for us. We felt privileged.
The only drawback I could point is that sometimes the wait can be long if the place is crowded but you can have a ti punch while waiting they are perfect 🍹💜🦞

My family and I stopped in while on a tour of the island, and we're so glad we did! We each tried what the other ordered. We'd ordered octopus, lobster, and shrimp. Each one was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Small menu because things are caught that day. We did order ahead, so our wait wasn't too long. And try the homemade guava juice!
