Total Care Wellness and Rehab is a great institution to be rehabilitate anyone with a muscle or bone condition. I was reluctant to see a physiotherapist because of horror stories that I have heard...but I was reassured on the very first visit by the therapist that the aim was for me to feel less pain, and so she ensured that I was comfortable. With that said she gave exercises that went from mild to rigorous based on my tolerance level and how the healing was progressing.
Moving from not being able to sit, stand, lie down or walk without feeling immense to now being able to do all that and more in just a few months is simply amazing. I would recommend anyone to this rehabilitation center.

There is so much I did not know about postpartum recovery especially after having a c-section. I had so many pelvic floor issues that Anna was able to highlight and help me treat. I would highly recommend Anna as a therapist as she is very knowledgeable and helpful during recovery. She has really improved my quality of life!!

I broke my right foot in 2019 didn't get proper care at the hospital. The foot was weak and also muscle loss unable to balance properly. Anna is heaven send,I highly recommend her. You won't regret it. Her personality is great she interact very well. She comprehends well and have patience. She knows so much about the body it is unbelievable. Well I can say I am happy for where I am now . I able to walk better and run. Thank you Anna and may God continue to bless you and give you strength to help others ❤️
