Jean and Enrique were absolutely amazing tour guides! They were genuine, knowledgeable, funny, and made the entire El Yunque experience so much more memorable. Throughout the tour, they shared interesting stories about the history and origins of El Yunque, which made us appreciate the rainforest even more. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about everyone in the group. I got a minor cut during the tour, and they immediately stepped in to help clean the wound and provided me with a Band-Aid. They even brought fresh local tropical fruits for the entire group to enjoy, which was such a thoughtful touch! Their hospitality went above and beyond. At the end of the tour, when we arrived at the drop-off area, Jean even offered us a ride back to our hotel. That level of kindness and generosity really says a lot about the type of people they are. If you’re visiting Puerto Rico and looking for an El Yunque tour, I highly recommend Jean and Enrique. They made us feel safe, welcomed, and entertained from beginning to end. We had a blast and it was super fun!! Our tour guides Jean and Daniel were the absolute best. The took very good care of us and it was easy to trust them and their knowledge. At times the hike was tricky with the slippery rocks, but Jean was fantastic at assisting myself and my husband. Jean has such wonderful compassion and was so kind. We hope the best for both of our guides and thank you for a wonderful experience!!

From the moment we arrived, Jean, Nelson, and Adriana made us feel like family. This was the very first excursion of our 8-day trip to Puerto Rico, and I can honestly say I don’t think any other experience will be able to top it. Their knowledge, professionalism, energy, and genuine passion for what they do made this adventure unforgettable. They didn’t just guide us through Charco Azul and Cuevas Arenales—they made sure every single person in the group felt safe, included, and capable. The biggest highlight for me was watching my son conquer his fear of cliff jumping. He was terrified at first, but Jean, Nelson, and Adriana were incredibly patient, encouraging, and supportive. They never pressured him. Instead, they motivated him with kindness and confidence until he believed in himself—and he did it! Seeing the smile on his face afterward is a memory our family will cherish forever. What made this experience even more meaningful was the compassion they showed me personally. I recently suffered a back injury and wasn’t sure I’d even make it through the hike. They went above and beyond to help me navigate the difficult sections, offering physical assistance whenever I needed it and constantly checking to make sure I was okay. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help allowed me to experience something I otherwise may have had to miss, and I will never forget that. If you’re considering this excursion, don’t hesitate—book it! The scenery is breathtaking, the adventure is incredible, and with Jean, Nelson, and Adriana leading the way, you’re in the absolute best hands. They are true professionals with huge hearts, and they genuinely care about creating an unforgettable experience for every guest. HANDS DOWN the best tour I have ever booked! Enrique was amazing! I love his energy with everyone in our group! He was very cautious with each one of us, but forever will be grateful for him for even making my mom included even when she didn’t want to do the water activities! How much I appreciate you for that! I enjoyed every second of it! From the small little hike, to the water slide, to seeing my brother and dad do the cliff jump (I personally could not) lol, to the amazing fruit Enrique cut for us, to the walk back to the van and actually experience rain in the rainforest, to going to Kioskos together ! Highly recommend and definitely will come back with them when I come again! Thanks again Enrique for everything! Also thanks Jean for responding my email before booking this tour! You are all amazing!!! ♥️

We did this tour in May 2026 and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Enrique, our guide was excellent! Very knowledgeable, entertaining and gave us great restaurant recommendations to try on our stay. You should expect fun and mild hiking, walking through water (we bought $30 water hiking shoes from Amazon for this. Highly recommend!) and swimming. The fun doesn’t stop there as afterwards you head to Luquillo beach to check out the stretch of kiosks/ restaurants. A+ 10/10 would recommend! You can also leave your phone on the tour bus, it’s safe, and Enrique offered to take pictures for us and sent them all to everyone at the end of the tour. If he asks you to meet him at 6am, do it if you can! This will ensure your group to be one of the first groups there and is 100% worth it! Thank you Enrique! We had a blast!
