On Tuesday May 26th, I participated in the Turtle & Shipwreck Snorkel Adventure. The crew was fun, knowledgeable, and asked all of the right questions of those who didn't how to swim or snorkel. Whether you almost beat Michael Phelps in swimming or you were scared of being in the water, they made it safe, comfortable and fun for everyone! I recommend this adventure for any first-time snorkelers on the fence about participating.

We had a great experience with this tour company on the beach and were really impressed by their service. We visited Barbados just after Christmas, and when we contacted several other companies, everything was fully booked. Here, however, they immediately told us we could join — and we were able to get on a snorkeling tour that was leaving just 15 minutes later. The experience itself was amazing. They provided life jackets, masks, and snorkels, and everything was well organized. The basic snorkeling tour cost $30 (USD) per person, but for $35 we chose the option that also included a sun lounger on the beach and one free drink at the bar, which felt like great value. The tour lasted about 1.5 hours and included three stops. First, we snorkeled in open water and saw lots of fish, rays, and turtles. The second stop was at a shipwreck with plenty of marine life, and the guide even dove inside the wreck. The third stop was another shipwreck, completely different from the second one. Overall, we absolutely loved the experience. The only small downside was that there were quite a lot of people on the tour, so at times it was a bit difficult to see everything clearly. Still, we completely understand, especially given how busy the season was, and considering how quickly they managed to find space for us, we were more than satisfied.

Don't know where to start! Decided to do the catamaran. New experience for me, off we went. Supposedly to see the turtles and shipwreck!. 5 minutes out, we stop over said shipwreck, as I was only interested in seeing the turtles I gave it miss. After pick ups and drop offs along the shoreline we head further along the shoreline and once again stop. I put on my snorkel and jumped in, after a whole I spotted a BABY turtle, then two more. When I got out of the water we were surrounded by glass bottom boats, diving boats etc,. It then dawned on me that we were in the turtle nesting waters!. I asked the captain was this okay? Yes, was his reply as long as no-one touches or feeds them. I was absolutely mortified. Surely not? Surely baby turtles should be protected?. I found the whole experience very upsetting, not only do these babies have to deal with being disturbed, they had to deal with jet skies jumbo chairs etc, I've never witnessed anything like it, oh yeah and as for boat cruise? From where we were stationed I could have swam back to shore, so not exactly a cruise. Not a tropical fish in sight, so beware of buying on shore side boat trips! 🫣

Good tour out snorkelling around the ship wrecks in the bay. Staff were friendly. Worth going the them and booking the tour on the beach, as sights like GetYourGuide will charge extra.

I did shipwreck snorkeling with this tour company through Viator. I enjoyed the whole experience. They provide you the gear and also drinks after the tour ends
