Is really a 0 star. They took us to our appointment and all good but we called for them to pick us up and I was boiling 🥵 it took them 2 hours to pick us up…. and they only took us to 1/2 a trip and then we had to change cars Totally uncalled for…. If your gonna get yourself with so much work get drivers if you don’t have drivers Don’t compromise your company cause the ones that suffer are the Patients! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤯

Poor service. My mom has been waiting 1 hr 45 mins for this service. I do not reccommend this company. Bad perfomance. Van without air conditioning. A Nightmare. This service was coordinated 1 month in advance.
Customer Service Representative is not helpfull.

Horrible!! Either they do not come to pick you up or they leave you waiting for hours. I waited once for 3 hours and 48 minutes. Terrible service. Terrible

Worst and poor Service,, the driver arrived for pickup two hours earlier, then they cancelled because the driver can’t wait .

Excellent service, very dedicated and well-organized for those on Medicare Advantage Plans and have no transportation or family members we can rely on the island.
