The actual ride to Les Cayes and back was smooth but the service is terrible. The people that work there are terrible people and every customer was complaining due to them being very rude including myself. On the ride back, I saw small roaches(plural) inside the bus and they didn't care. The bathroom needs upgrading (doesn't flush and sink was broken). If you do plan on riding with them, make sure you sit in the front. I am so turned off by this company. If you can find another one, please do and let me know. I had better experience with this location then the Port Au Prince Location.

Haitians finally come up with the best transportation system. They need to fix a few little things such as giving handicap accessible seats and also get rid of a few rude drivers. Other than that it's a good thing.

They are good, their buses are always on time and freeze , drivers are responsible. But they need to update, on a time of technology you can't make your clients wait that long to write a ticket.

Services are not too bad, great drivers and nice hostess. The only problem is that they never respect their trip schedules. And sometimes the owner is disrespectful with people.
