Karen is a most accommodating host you could ask for. She offered to cook so we could stay home. Cold AC fans in each room with tv and Roku. Such a quaint Cottage type atmosphere Villa Style. With built in pool on site. Ask for Dez for all your taxi and errands as needed!

Thanks to Karen for being the best host ever. We truly love this villa! Nice location, clean and nice pool. You can find everything what you need, Karen is always there to help and give good advices about anything you could do in your trip. I really love her cooking, she offer us nice meals while we stay with her. I really love it!

I was lucky enough to spend a month at Tropical Breeze Feb/Mar 2020. This little piece of paradise in Negril is perfect. It is away from the busier "7mile beach" accommodations, however only a 10-15min walk to miles of beautiful beach and action.
Tropical Breeze is also only a 5min walk to the town of Negril.
It is located on a small road known as "Dumpling Lane" which in itself is very cool, with a local vibe.
If you are looking for a quieter laid back place to call home while in Negril, look no further.
Tropical Breeze has a variety of accommodation choices to suit your needs, all of which are comfortable and clean. There is a beautiful private pool as well which is kept meticulously clean.
Karen, the owner, is there and will work very hard to make your stay everything you want it to be. She has lived in the area for 30+ yrs and has been in the tourist business for as long. She is a wealth of knowledge and suggestions. With her local contacts and experience she is only too willing to help make arrangements/bookings for whatever you'd like to do or see.
On the flip side, a chill day at Tropical Breeze is also a lovely way to spend a day as well. Karen will make sure you have everything you need...if you want her to.
I will definitely be visiting Tropical Breeze and Karen again!!

I would hands down recommend this Villa! My stay was fantastic. It was clean, the staff was very accommodating (Karen is an absolute Gem😊)the food was mouthwatering and it was a perfect location. I can't wait to go back!
