You get what you at for a tropical get away!
The villas / rooms are very vintage & have a great concept not to mention how the hospitality of the staff! They were next to best! We got a rich Jamaican breakfast! The chef did not disappoint. Definitely give them a try!

This was by far one of my greatest experiences ever. The customer service was beyond excellent from the moment we drove up to the gate until the very moment we left. Because of how intimate the resort is, my partner and I basically got our own private chef. Chef Nicole was AWESOME!! They even decorated our room for our anniversary Will definitely be coming back.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. It is the only hotel located directly on the Lagoon, with 3 pools and a beach with a bar/restaurant and tables/chairs on the beach. The staff were amazing and helped us with everything from arranging a chef to cook for us, helping carry luggage up the steep stairs, and organizing a rafting trip for us. The hotel itself is a bit older and needs some upgrades, but the surroundings make up for the rooms. Lush foliage and beautiful flowers surround the hotel. If you have bad knees or problems walking, this isn't the place for you as it is incredibly steep and difficult climb down to the Lagoon. But other than that, it's perfect. Will definitely be back next year! Absolutely the best place to stay in Portland.

DON'T BOOK THEY WILL GIVE AWAY YOUR ROOMS THEN TRY TO MAKE YOU ACCEPT SHADY ARRANGEMENTS LAST MINUTE THEN TELL LIES WHEN YOU ASK FOR A REFUND. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE !
