We booked babysitting through this company. Both the administrative task and the babysitter were extremely professional. Shontelle who was our sitter was absolutely fantastic and our 4 year old really enjoyed spending the evenings with her. I would absolutely recommend her for anyone who is looking for a trusted and reliable sitter.

We had a wonderful experience with Trusted Care Providers leading up to and during our recent family visit to Barbados. We were matched with Kim who took incredible care of our children. We could not recommend her more to any family visiting and hope to work with everyone at the agency again in future!

Wonderful service! We came to Barbados from the US for 3 months with our 3 year old and 1 year old. Kimberley was very professional and met with us several times via zoom before our arrival to introduce us to different nannies for our children. She arrived with our nanny right on time on the start date and followed up several times in the next few days to ensure we were happy with our nanny. We ended up with Kristal and she was very engaging and great with our children. Additionally Trusted Care Providers provided us with a cleaning service that was a real luxury! Scheduling and payment were a total breeze. I wish it were this easy to get reliable and caring childcare everywhere! We highly recommend Trusted Care Providers to anyone!

I used Trusted Care Providers who I found on the Barbados government website as I was coming on a two week holiday from England with two children under two! People though we were crazy going on a long haul trip with children this age so we decided to hire a nanny to help us. The company were fantastic from start to finish, they were very professional and found me a wonderful nanny called, Stephanie. I have a six month old and a 23 month old and both loved Stephanie, she was very skilled, and obviously has extensive training in childcare. She knew how to look after my baby just like I would, therefore I could massively relax. My toddler loved doing crafts, singing nursery rhymes and playing games with Stephanie. She was such a warm and caring person who has an amazing attention to detail. I did not have to prompt Stephanie to help out in any way, she just knew exactly how to look after children. She rightfully helped educate my toddler with please and thank you's which I have been working on for a while. I noticed after the trip that my toddlers language had really advanced and she was understanding and speaking a lot more words. She even helped out with my 80 year old mum If the children were asleep, which was so kind. I have never felt so comfortable with someone looking after my children. She has a very warm heart and I am lucky to have had her make my holiday more relaxing. Thank you
