Turner's Hall Woods is one of the best remaining examples of a mature forest in Barbados. You'll see lots of large trees and interesting plants.
To get to the trail, follow the road all the way to the end. There is a little pull off on the right where two or three cars can park. Walk to the end of the road and just keep walking straight; the start of the path is overgrown and a little unclear, but once you get to the edge of the woods it opens up and is easy to follow. There are several trees down across the path, but they're easy to get around or over. If you don't like spiders, make sure there's someone in your party who isn't squeamish to lead the way! There are tons of spider webs across the trail. I suggest carrying a stick to brush them or if the way ahead of you.
