Turtle Beach, Barbados, A Tribute Portfolio All-Inclusive Resort

A few of us arrived for my cousin’s 50th birthday july 9-12 the resort was different than resorts I have been too but we had a great time everyone enjoyed. The rooms werevspacious and very clean Now that staff was wonderful here are a few of them that I would like to recognize and share my experience with T.Thompson asst restaurant mgr, A.Millington restaurant mgr, Maradona, T.Harding mgr front office. And special thank you and shout out to Nicole and Winston yall all made my experience great Barbados was great.

We had an amazing time here. After going through a remodel and just reopening, the place was great. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to the needs of our large group. The food and drink were great!

I love ther service the food was great , but we check in friday night and on saturday our bathroom was leaking i call front desk, i went to the fronk desk, no one came i check out the tuesday and still no show.. i had to shower in my other family member room .. I also let them know it was for a birthday they told me they will do somthing in the room for us i am home now nad still nothing , Overall service from the dinng and bar it great but front desk service was terrible

The food could be more seasoned and the room service is ok had to beg for coffee daily.

For the cost, Turtle Beach is really 3 stars, but i enjoyed my one week stay and will give it 4. Many people complain about the birds which will be after your food during alfresco dining, but I liked the wildlife being there. The hotel is old and dated but so what! My room was big and comfortable with a great view. However. it was quite a long walk to the main areas; the hotel is well spread out. The staff and meals were good. I particularly liked the ice cream parlour, the swimming pools and room service. The beach was hopeless; lots of seaweed on it, and all the beaches on the south and east coasts of the island. If you want a good, clean beach, you have to go to the west coast which is mainly taken up with rich folks' homes . There is only ONE hot, small lift (elevator) to cater for all the rooms - terrible! Do take a trip round the island - well worth it!
