What can i say...except thank you great service just before the christmas holidays !
They took our 250kg Genoa and Genaker from the dock had both sails checked and repaired

We very recently did some landscaping in our family house garden and are in the market for a patio cover - so many people we spoke to advised us to go to Undercover. I spoke with a woman in the office twice on the phone and once in person. Today she had booked us in for a site visit at 10am. At 09:43 she messaged to tell me that under the advice of her design team the company won’t be able to do this project.
We are looking for a tensile fabric, a stretch tent fabric for this patio, similar to fabrics she showed us in the office yesterday of which we complimented and said we were interested. Her customer service is disgraceful - she led me to believe over the last two weeks that the company could offer us a professional service only to understand that is not the case. Very disappointing service and not likely to revisit.

The service was very friendly. The only downside was having to climb to the second floor via stairs—and there are a lot of them, since there's no elevator.
