Google reviews should offer negative reviews! One star is too high for UPS Barbados.
They're slow, as in WEEKS late, terrible service, rude, exorbitant duties..... I would only recommend if you have excess money to waste and really don't want the package you're shipping.
Otherwise, ship DHL or Fedex!

Awful service.... well there is no service. I called more than a dozen time, nobody is picking up the phone, there is just a recorded voice who says that they will return your call, left dozens messages, nobody called me back... simply ridicolous! They have an envelop with my credit card i need since more than a month in their office. I decided to go there. On Google it's written that they are open till 5 pm, i went there at 4.30 pm, office closed, no signs, no telephone numbers to contact for urgent matters, lights and a/c on inside, door closed and locked.
This is just a joke, I hope they will change everything... the office, the telephone number, the employees (if somebody is still working there) their wonderful service! Simply Ridicolous!!!
Don't use UPS Barbados if you can avoid!!!

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I am extremely displeased with the place. Their service is horrible! Never ever use UPS Barbados, ever! I would like to warn everyone: If you use UPS Barbados to get your package, prepare yourself that the package will arrive at least a month late. My package arrived on the 30th of January ate UPS Barbados. Today is the 16th of February and I still have not received my package yet. They keep on telling me it has to be released, but no one can tell me why. They keep on promising to call me back but they never do. Do not use UPS Barbados, you will regret it!!!

If I knew the item I ordered from Amazon was going to be shipped using UPS I would have canceled or never ordered. No one answers the phone and my item has been with them for weeks. Absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid them at all costs!
