The Dr is very good at what he does. Yes! the wait is very long hrs to be percise.
The downsize is the staff. They drops the ball many times with apointments. Today we had an apointment schedule when we got there we were the only ones there, office is under renovation and none-one called us. When we question what happen they forgot too put us on the list too call even, though they called and cancel the one for last month gave us the apt for today. What a mess. We will see how next month's apt goes.

This office does not respect your time. Wasted 4 hrs of my day.
I was scheduled to have a consultation for a procedure that I may or may not undertake. I was given a time and a date to come in for a consultation and told to walk with $500.00 cash (in 2026).
I arrived at my appointed date and appointed time of 7:30 am, gave front desk my name and went and sat down as i was told. I was given a form 45 minutes later to fill out which I did. Then an hour later I was called to get blood drawn and my blood pressure checked. None of which I requested or saw necessary as i was only scheduled for a consultation.
FOUR hours after arriving I had not yet seen the doctor for my scheduled consultation. I went to the front desk and told them that my time is being wasted and I have to go and that instead of making me wait 4 hrs and 15 minutes they could have just given me a later time. I ultimately left, and told them, "Don't bother" after being told and I quote, "We aren't playing dominoes here."
Not 'sorry for the wait', not 'we are a bit busier than usual' but instead I was told, "We aren't playing dominoes here." in response to my complaint about the time.
I wouldn't have agreed to pay $500 cash for a consultation if I thought that they were "playing dominoes" there.

On, 4th.August, 2022, I underwent the brachytherapy procedure delivered by Urology Services for treatment of prostate cancer. I consider this a life saver. I have only pleasant memories of my experience at Bayview Hospital. My recovery was swift with minimal discomfort. The follow up aftercare visits with Dr. Jerry Emptage have been very efficient.
