I had a Brazilian wax and vajacial at Virgin Med Spa with Italia, and the experience was honestly great. She was extremely professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Brazilian waxes are never painless, but this was by far one of the least painful experiences I’ve had. Italia was very thorough, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and calming energy. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality, professional service.

Love love loveeeeee the service I always receive❤️ Italia is so professional and she ensures that I am comfortable throughout the entire process! Despite me being super nervous and thinking of the little pain at every appointment, she ensured that it goes smoothly and that I finish in a timely manner. Book with her ladies, but save a space for me😭🫶🏾!!!

I’m absolutely thrilled with my waxing experience!! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The kitty whisperer, Italia, was not only professional but she also made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain the process and ensure my comfort throughout. The results were fantastic—smooth, hair-free skin that lasted longer than I expected! Virgin MedSpa itself was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. I, and ‘she’, felt like a princess😉. I appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of products used. I’ll definitely be returning for my next session and highly recommend this place to anyone considering waxing. It's a game changer FOR SURE!!

When I say this is the best spa experience, I mean it wholeheartedly. I've been a loyal customer for over a year now, and not once have I left feeling anything less than completely satisfied.
The customer service here is truly exceptional—I'd rate it 100/10 if I could. From the moment you step through the doors, you're welcomed into a clean, calming atmosphere that always smells amazing.
The staff are absolutely incredible—genuinely sweet, funny, and exceptionally talented. They’re experts at what they do and always make sure you’re comfortable and cared for throughout your visit. It feels less like a routine appointment and more like being pampered by your best friend.
Every detail is thoughtfully considered to make your experience perfect. I can’t recommend this spa enough!
