Very pleased with the service, the doctor and staff are helpful and the office is clean, organized, and comfortable. Dr. Martin takes time to listen and explained things clearly when I have questions. I recommend this office to anyone looking for quality medical care.

During my vacation on the island, I threw my back out. Dr. Martin was able to see me quickly, the same day. She did some manipulations and was able to relieve my pain. She is dynamic, professional, and really takes the time to explain everything clearly. Plus, the center is beautiful: modern, clean, and bright. Thank you again, Dr. Martin!

I initially scheduled a visit with Dr. Martin after aggravating an issue I developed from playing sports in my teenage years. What I really appreciated early in the process of treatment was how easy it was to schedule an appointment. When I got to her office, I did not experience any waiting time at all (I didn’t even know it was possible for doctors to see patients punctually in St. Kitts - Nevis before this visit). The office itself was very spacious and comfortable, accentuated by the conduct of both the doctor and her nurse, who displayed exemplary professionalism throughout. As for the actual process of diagnosis and treatment, I appreciated that Dr. Martin took her time to clearly articulate what the issue was and how we could rectify the issue and manage it from reoccurring. This really helped to soothe the anxiety I was feeling at the time (as I was in excruciating pain). With prescription medication and one therapy session with Dr. Martin, I had a drastic reduction in pain and was able to return to normalcy far sooner than I imagined. Throughout the process, the good Dr would check up on my status which I truly appreciated. I had a great experience at Vital Care Medical Center; so much so in fact that I have recommended them to all of my friends and family. If you are considering making an appointment don’t think twice. You won’t regret it!

Dr. Martin & her staff at Vital Care are exceptional. Her professionalism, care & attention to detail made my visit smooth and comfortable.
