A profoundly soothing and liberating experience. I was going through a particularly difficult time, with a lot of accumulated tension, and Hélène's massage provided exceptional relief.
Hélène is incredibly gentle, yet offers a truly deep massage. As the session progressed, the tension released so completely that I started to cry… as if my body and mind had finally been able to let go of everything I had been holding onto.
I left completely relaxed, peaceful, and with a genuine sense of liberation.
