What can I say this? Walmart was amazing. Definitely coming from out of the states. Got to see a lot of different things that you cannot find in the states.

Worst Walmart of all-time. The customer service is terrible for the most part. The employees are worse. I went buying here once to find out that the employees treated me like buns, without any respect. As an Uber Driver though? It's so much worse. This place takes too long for pickups, and for returns, they take 2x the amount. Worse, they left me from 4:05PM and the return didn't get picked up until 4:39PM. This Walmart is absolutely one of the worst in Puerto Rico. If you want a better, friendlier, and higher quality service where the employees truly care about you, visit the one in Cayey. It is 1000x better than the one in Caguas, and the employees genuinely care about you to where they can even help you out.

This Walmart MUST be kidding me. I went shopping today for a two week stay in Puerto Rico. After spending almost $300 I was charged $.10 for every single bag AND I had to bag my own groceries. Staff was not friendly either. If it wasn’t for the almost two hours spent shopping I would have walked right out that door.

Super packed no matter what time.
I recently visited, Liz at Customer Service provided impeccable service, I was impressed.
She had to leave her station and stated that Omar would take care of my situation. Unfortunately, he didn't. He ignored me and called the next person in line to attend them as I stood in front of the register waiting for his service, but he was on a mobile phone for about 10 minutes prior as I waited.
Luckily Dimarielyz knew of my situation, and I was there for almost 2 hours waiting for a resolution. She realized I was ignored and immediately called upon me apologized to the customer in line and informed them that I was already waiting. She was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you ladies for your time. Now if you can retrain Omar so he can provide the same service, customers will appreciate him as well.
