We had such an incredible experience, and it was all thanks to Kiraly in the upstairs gaming room and Akime in the downstairs gaming room! It was actually the first time visiting for some members of our group, and they were understandably a little unsure of what to expect. Kiraly made that first experience absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived upstairs, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had the best time possible. She went above and beyond to assist us, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her positive energy and professionalism truly stood out and helped make those first-time visitors feel comfortable and excited. Downstairs, Akime was just as wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and incredibly attentive to our needs. She made sure we were comfortable, understood everything, and had everything we needed to fully enjoy ourselves. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service did not go unnoticed, especially by those in our group who were experiencing it all for the first time. Both Kiraly and Akime made our visit seamless, welcoming, and so much fun. Their professionalism, and kindness are exactly what great customer service should look like. We can’t wait to come back!

Love the new location! So much bigger with alot more to offer! Staff were incredible, the new app is a massive help. My sons and I had an amazing time. Will have to make this a regular visit! Thanks to all the staff!

It was my son’s birthday. He was intrigued on going to Whapaxx so we decided to go. From the time we got there, we were greeted with a warm welcome. Received a tour from Rah. She’s the besttttt!!!!! Definitely an asset to your establishment. All the staff are friendly. Customer service and the food….amazing…. Thank you guys for everything. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone and we’ll be back soon.

Preferred the old location because of the staff there seemed better. Rosemary started the timer on our session before we could even set up a game. Pretty much snatched the headphones off our heads at the end of the time when there was barely a lap left to the end of the race. Lady at the door was most unprofessional in trying to explain herself in that we were using the old app which differs to the new one somehow. But instead of explaining that, copped a rude Bajan attitude for no good reason. Perhaps no one really wanted to be working the weekend after Christmas, but those attitudes were awful. Take the time to explain what you mean. I’m patient and understanding enough to give you what you’re asking for as long as it’s explained. Paid a lot of money for an hour long session only to get 40 minutes. I’ll save my money next time and just bring my PlayStation when coming back home on holiday instead of doing that again. Place is great, but two impatient and rude employees can ruin it for someone. I’d recommend it to someone as a nice gaming spot. When we got outside we got greeted by one of the guys from the old spot in Belleville who inquired about how our session went and we had a nice convo with him. I didn’t even mention what went on inside to him. Didn’t want to bother him. I just wanted to get going. But those two ladies made up my mind that I’m never going back there. Happy Holidays.
